At our annual ceremony we again remembered the 23 Palmach volunteers who disappeared on SOE’s OPERATION BOATSWAIN in 1941, together with Major Sir Anthony Palmer, their SOE liaison officer. We also remembered Lieutenant Maurice Pertschuk and Captain Lionel Lee, British Jews who served with F Section SOE and who were both executed in concentration camps in 1944.

We were delighted to welcome members of Lionel Lee’s family, the Defence Attaché from the London embassy of the State of Israel and members of AJEX.
